Compact Fuel Pressure regulator 4bar 58psi FPR

Compact, high-quality OE 4 bar (58 psi) fuel pressure regulator, ideal for mounting directly to the end of a fuel rail.

Tested to maintain 4 bar (58 psi) base fuel pressure with pump flow up to approximately 240 LPH (63 GPH). Higher-flow pumps may exceed the regulator’s return capacity and cause fuel pressure to rise at idle or low engine load. For V6 and V8 engines, dual regulators can be used. 

Suitable pump examples include:

• Walbro / TI Automotive GSS342 255
• DeatschWerks DW200
• Bosch 044 – depending on operating voltage and actual system flow

Single regulator not recommended for high-flow pumps such as the Bosch Motorsport 200 (0 580 464 200), which exceeds the regulator’s tested bypass capacity.

Features 3 × 1/8” ports – one inlet and two outlets. Supplied with 2 × 1/8”-AN6 adapters and one 1/8” plug. One of the ports can also be used for a fuel pressure sensor or gauge.

Please note:

• Oversized fuel systems will result in erratic fuel pressure and too high fuel pressure at low loads.
• It is highly advised to verify the fuel pressure with manual gauge at idle.
