This dump valve is delivered tested to ensure the highest quality.
SPD dump valve 50mm is of the absolute highest quality and can handle very high effects. The dump valve has a very quick adjustment and the piston is sealed with an o-ring to ensure that it does not leak any air. Supplied with banjo and vacuum connection for silicone hose. Adapter to fit pneumatic coupling included. If you want to use a pneumatic hose and coupling, the coupling and hose are purchased separately.
In order for the dump valve to obtain its maximum speed of regulation, 1/4" (6.3mm) vacuum hose must be used.
It is also very important that you use the right spring for your engine so that the dump valve works optimally and does not stay open in vacuum.
This dump valve is supplied with hose connection for 2" (51mm) silicone hose in aluminum and V-band with o-ring seal so that it cannot leak air at the V-band joint.
The dump valve is installed with a 10psi spring when shipped. Which is most common for turbo engines. But a spring set is included with 8psi and 11psi springs. There are also springs of 2psi, 6psi and 12psi to be purchased separately.
ATTENTION! the spring specification has nothing to do with how much charge pressure you can run with, only vacuum.
Check the vacuum your engine has at idle to make sure you have the right spring.

8psi spring for vacuum of: -0.4 bar to -0.5 bar (Supplied in supplied spring set)
10psi spring for vacuum of: -0.5 bar to -0.65 bar (Dump valve comes installed with this spring)
11psi spring for vacuum of: -0.65 bar to -0.7 bar (Supplied in supplied spring set)
12psi spring for vacuum of: -0.7 bar to -0.8 bar (Purchased separately under accessories if required)
